The Creeper Spotted.

Frank "Notaint" Henn is caught in a lab explosion caused by his co-worker, Adam "Bloodbird" Harrington, who intended to kill him to gain the hand of Henn's wife Linda. Henn is physically altered by chemicals and the forces within the swamp. He changes into a monstrous creature who kills Harrington before the latter can murder Linda, who has started to suspect Harrington. Unable to make Linda realize his true identity, The Creeper sadly ambles to his boggy home.

This is the legend of The Creeper. Its told he still emerges from time to time to take photos on peoples motorcycle. I dont know about you but the shit gives me the hebby jebbies. Some friends say they have caught him on photo... I dunno. Im submitting two photos and will let you guys decide.
